JOB ORDER

1. Initial discussion to understand your business,             values and expectations
 

2. Summarize job and review/create job description

3. Post the job via our ATS system and other job             boards. Begin extensive sourcing for candidates 

4. Prescreen applicants for minimum requirements as well as preferred. Verify credentials and status (based on position)

5. Schedule phone interviews 


6. Submit, if acceptable, a candidate summary to hiring manager for review


7. Schedule interview with candidate


8. Continue to serve as a liaison until the position is filled
